DARUL ISLAM PRIMARY SCHOOL
Darul Islam Primary School, situated in Greenhaven is a private Islamic instituition, which shares the name with the Darul Islam Mosque as well as the Darul Islam Islamic High School, Darul Islam Haafieth School and the Darul Islam Zakaah Fund.
Celebrating its 10th anniversary in 2010, Darul Islam Primary have seen many learners passing through its corridors. The school's enrolment has grown tremendously over the past few years, to a total of 256 learners and 12 teachers, administrative and support staff. The triple- story building at present houses 9 classes.
Darul Islam Primary's curriculum includes all the learning areas as outlined in the NCS, but it also includes Arabic and Islamic Studies. Darul Islam offers a wide variety of sports and activities which includes Athletics, Soccer Tournaments, Eskom Science Competitions, Surfwalk and excursions.
